WHO OPERATES THIS SERVICE

USING TRYHARD’S AIMTRAIN

These terms cover our website, creative base browser, support service and community game-server features. Use the service only if you can validly accept these terms; where guardian consent is required, obtain it before using or purchasing. Steam, Discord, Rust and other linked services have their own terms and eligibility rules.

You are responsible for your account and for information you submit. Do not cheat, evade bans, harass players, exploit bugs, disrupt services, attempt unauthorized access or upload unlawful or infringing content. Follow the server rules and legitimate staff instructions. Report vulnerabilities privately through support rather than exploiting them.

BASES AND COMMUNITY CONTENT

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us permission to store, display and process it as needed to provide the service. Publishing a base makes it available to other players through the base browser and supported game features. Only submit material you have the right to share. We may restrict or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

STORE PURCHASES

PayNow is the Authorized Seller and Merchant of Record for this store. Purchases are subject to the PayNow Buyer Agreement, PayNow Terms of Use and applicable consumer law. PayNow handles payments, taxes and billing. Tryware OÜ provides the related game-server service.

The product page describes the package and billing interval. Prices may depend on region and applicable tax; check the final PayNow checkout total before paying. Packages are delivered to the Steam account used at checkout following payment confirmation. Check your account before purchase. If automatic delivery is delayed, open a payment ticket with your order reference.

Subscriptions renew at the price and interval disclosed during checkout until canceled under the applicable billing terms. Use the PayNow customer portal provided with your receipt to manage your subscription, or contact support for help. Canceling renewal does not itself constitute a refund request. Refunds, withdrawal rights, digital-content consent and cancellation are handled under the PayNow Buyer Agreement and applicable law. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights.

MODERATION AND APPEALS

Staff may investigate reports, restrict features or suspend or ban accounts for rule violations or security reasons. Moderation considers available evidence, including game events and account associations. Shared-network indicators alone do not establish identity. You can request review through a ban-appeal ticket. Paid status does not exempt an account from server rules.

AVAILABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Game updates, maintenance, connectivity failures and server wipes can affect access or saved data. We take reasonable care to operate the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or permanent compatibility of every build. Do not rely on the service as your sole archive. We remain responsible to the extent required by law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

PRIVACY, LAW AND UPDATES

Our Privacy Policy explains account information, support records and moderation logging. Estonian law governs these service terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence or rights to competent courts. PayNow’s purchase agreements have their own provisions. We will publish material changes to these terms and provide further notice where required; changes do not retroactively remove existing consumer rights.
