INFORMATION WE PROCESS
When you sign in, we receive your Steam ID, display name and avatar. If you link Discord, we also receive your Discord ID and username and use your authorization to join our guild and assign account or staff roles. We do not receive your Steam password. Authentication uses essential session and temporary login-verification cookies.
Game information includes leaderboard statistics, saved bases and their visibility, account names, connection times, playtime, chat, server events, player reports, bans and staff notes. Steam and BattleMetrics may supply accessible profile information and game or server hours. Private or unavailable profile information is displayed as unavailable.
For moderation, we compare keyed hashes of game connection IP addresses and Steam license-owner identifiers. These can indicate accounts using the same network or a shared game license. A match is a lead for human review, not proof that two accounts belong to one person. We do not make automatic ban decisions from these matches.
Support records include ticket categories, messages, attachments, staff responses and internal notes. Store records include your Steam ID, product and checkout references and the version of the purchase terms acknowledged. PayNow processes payment details; we do not store card numbers.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
We process account, linking, ticket and purchase information to provide the services you request and perform our contract with you. Our legitimate interests in running a reliable community, preventing cheating and abuse, resolving disputes and securing accounts support moderation, operational logging and staff audit records. We also process data where required by law. Optional Discord linking is initiated by you and can be disconnected; staff accounts require managed role revocation first.
VISIBILITY AND RECIPIENTS
Public leaderboards and bases you publish can be viewed by visitors. Private bases, tickets and moderation information are restricted by account or staff permissions. Authorized staff can review player records for support and moderation. Ticket event summaries and staff links are sent to designated Discord channels; internal staff-note content is not sent by those notifications.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers support storage and delivery. Steam, Discord, BattleMetrics and PayNow process information necessary for their respective integrations under their own policies. PayNow is the Authorized Seller and Merchant of Record and an independent controller for its payment processing. See PayNow’s Privacy Policy. Providers may process information outside the EEA; applicable transfer safeguards and provider arrangements apply.
RETENTION
Game chat, server logs, player reports, moderation evidence, account history and support records have no automatic age-based expiry. We retain them indefinitely while they remain necessary for community operation, ongoing abuse prevention, dispute resolution or legal claims. Indefinite storage does not remove our obligation to assess necessity or honor applicable deletion rights. Data that is no longer necessary must be removed or anonymized following review.
Website sessions expire after seven days; temporary sign-in verification expires after ten minutes. Unsubmitted ticket uploads are removed after 24 hours during cleanup. Operational backups rotate separately and deleted information may remain in protected backups until those backups expire. Legal and accounting obligations may require specific purchase records to be kept independently.
YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact [email protected] with your Steam ID and request; we may need proportionate identity verification. You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, or your competent supervisory authority. Unlinking Discord does not by itself erase existing moderation or ticket records.
SECURITY AND CHANGES
We use encrypted website connections, restricted administrative access and protected server credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when processing changes and will publish the revised effective date and provide further notice where required.
